Seeking to create a signature flagship in the new Runway Playa Vista shopping center, the client approached HH Design to develop a ground-up retail experience and brand for their luxury eyewear boutique. The minimalist design of the staircase, leads to the private second level, which is devoted entirely to the master suite and private living areas. Large bespoke his and hers closets along with a beautiful soaking tub and light filled shower provide the user with an ideal oasis away from the bustling city. The three bedroom, two bathroom plan is filled with custom details that maximize the usability of the small living spaces giving way to an open backyard with a fire-pit lounge and adjacent garage studio. At the interior, the compact space is packed with both utility and high style living giving precedence to a large great room at the front of the house that opens onto a spacious outdoor dining area.
